Our signature caviar belt allows our white-gloved hosts to move seamlessly through your event, serving delicate blinis topped with crème fraîche and the finest caviar directly to your guests. Based in Sydney and serving nationwide, we specialise in transforming weddings, private soirées, and corporate events into unforgettable celebrations of taste and elegance. Every detail is executed with discretion and precision, from sourcing premium caviar to the polished presentation of our hosts.      Our options are White Sturgeon, Siberian, Oscietra, and Beluga (listed from most affordable to most premium). 

    We specialise in creating an indulgent roaming experience, where our white-gloved hosts circulate with our signature caviar belt. This transforms caviar service into a luxury performance, blending elegance, theatre, and taste.  From intimate private dinners and luxury yacht charters to large weddings and corporate galas, our services are tailored to events of any scale where sophistication is paramount. 

     Our caviar is sourced through a number of Australian importers including Simon Johnson.  The caviar we serve is never pasteurised or chemically preserved like most others – it’s fresh, pure, and exceptional. You’ll also get to choose your favourite style from our curated collection. 

    Absolutely. While our Prestige, Imperial, and Royal packages offer a curated starting point, we tailor every detail including caviar selection, serving style, and event timing—to your needs. 

    Packages range from intimate groups of 20–25 guests to larger events with 100+ attendees. For very large celebrations, we can provide multiple hosts and roaming belts to ensure every guest is engaged. 

    We partner with trusted suppliers to ensure the highest quality, sustainably farmed caviar. Each tin is carefully inspected for taste, texture, and freshness before your event. You are also welcome to choose from your own trusted caviar brand. 

    Our white-gloved hosts are immaculately presented and trained in discreet, professional service. They not only serve caviar but also guide guests in enjoying the experience with confidence. 

    Our roaming belts and serving vessels are designed to maintain caviar at the perfect chilled temperature throughout the event. 

     Standard service is one hour for smaller events, but hosts can be booked for extended durations to suit your schedule. 

     Yes, we can provide gluten-free blinis and accommodate dietary requests with prior notice, ensuring every guest feels included.
